The Automatic Headlining The Jedi Music Festival 2010!

LFC.TV’s Vincent Hotel fundraiser publication

JMF General News No Comments

LFC.TV were kind enough to record the entire fundraiser which took place at The Vincent Hotel, and they even posted details on the club’s official website. A massive plus to serve the very purpose of the festival, and that’s raising awareness of sudden adult death syndrome (SADS) which effects a minimum of 12 fit and healthy people every week.

Alan & Mark were absolutely fantastic at entertaining the crowd, and we were delighted to have them come along. And of course a very special thank you to all who joined us on the evening, especially to those who donated so kindly to our newly found charity – “Vital Sounds Foundation”.

10 hour marathon cycle

Fred Bladon & Julie Sabin attempted to cycle for 10 HOURS continously from 8am to 6pm at the “DW” gym in Southport (formerely JJB GYM). They were trying to raise funds for the newly formed “VITAL SOUNDS FOUNDATION” which promotes the 2010 Jedi Music Festival. The Vital Sounds Foundation promotes health & well being in young people and raises awareness of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome. This syndrome KILLS 12 YOUNG PEOPLE EVERY WEEK IN THE UK ALONE.

We would like to congratulate both Fred & Julie for a successful attempt, and thank them publically for raising £750+ which will all go towards making the Jedi Music Festival 2010 a huge success!

This fantastic video was captured, edited and compiled by Adam King. It gives you some great insight into what to expect of the festival, and the quality of the music it provides. We are striving to make sure the JMF 2010 is even better than the last, and with the things we have lined up, I’m sure it will be. Stay tuned for further updates!

JMF 2010 Website!

With the huge success of the Jedi Music Festival 2009, we decided to take the website to a whole new level of interaction. We noticed that the old site didn’t leave any form of opportunity to leave feedback on every piece of information we added right there and then on the site, so we would never know what our fans and followers were thinking. It was also more difficult to post any details or information to the website unless we were in the office or infront of some form of a PC. Again, that has now changed as we have the capabilities to update the website via our mobile phones so you’ll never miss a moment!

The JMF 2010 is hoped to be an even bigger success than it’s predecessor, so we aim to keep the website on the same level too. The design & development is by Stephen Haw of MODEXS and we want to give a shout out to him for doing such a great job! So browse the site and get involved in the biggest music festival to ever hit the beautiful coastline of Southport.
